Capital Stewardship Campaign 2005-2008
"Ministry Through Sacrificial Giving with a Vision for Changing Lives"

The Capital Stewardship Campaign is entering the third year of membership commitment. God has allowed us to build the Dr. Ephraim Williams Family Life Center. It is truly a blessing to our membership and community. It is our challenge to pay for this facility and develop ministries for God’s purposes.

The theme of "Ministry Through Sacrificial Giving with a Vision for Changing Lives" continues to address our commitment goal. Pastor Williams says "The Capital Stewardship Campaign is more than making a financial contribution. It is a great opportunity to trust God, strengthen your faith and build your prayer life".

Currently our total pledges are about one-half of the amount needed. We have done much, but much more is required.

As Campaign Directors, Bro./Sis. Brown and Bro./Sis. Jennings, state "Our church has enjoyed great blessings throughout its history, yet we cannot rest on the laurels of the past." The Dr. Ephraim Williams Family Life Center enables on-going expansion of the Church’s mission. It better equips the membership for ministry as we invite our community to join with us to strengthen families through personal and spiritual growth in their commitment to the Lord.

New challenges will open as we engage in additional ministry and expanded ministry through the Family Life Center. We need every member to participate. All to the Glory of God.

"In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths."

-(Proverbs 3:6)

"It is a complete walk of faith. We prayed for an amount that was not ours to give but God's. It was a test of our faith."
